I see kids in the playgrounds, playing with toy guns,
shooting each other, playing around and always having fun.
Well the thing that no one realizes is that the kids are learning fast
that guns are fun and guns are cool, but not about the death.
The next generation of gun nuts, are the ones that'll kill us all.
They'll have the power and the guns. Don't let the coin fall.
Everybody wants peace, everybody wants love.
Where's the peace and love when you teach your son to hunt.
Where did this world go wrong? Why do we have to worry so much?
It tears us apart. Why can't you see guns don't belong?
Stop a beating heart. How can you? How could you? It just makes no sense.
Why can't you see that guns are a problem? It's not just me.
Why don't we stop this 'guns are good' from corrupting our children?
Guns don't kill people. People kill people, people with guns.

We're living in a world of war. There are no times of peace.
Sometimes they say 'we've made a deal!' and leaders give hand shakes
but at the same time weapons of mass destruction are pointed at the sky.
It's only a matter of time, the human race will die.
If only we were more humane, kids not taught to fight.
We'd think of better ways to end this world of fear and spite.
So hold on tight, hope for better lives
where were not scared to go outside.
I don't wanna die, and neither do you.
