This morning i woke up
I couldn't find where time left my life alone
Has it really been all of these years since
we exchanged these words?
Well i know i'll see you soon
we'll paint a picture of the afternoon
remenisce on things we used to do in those summer days
i miss those summer days
Memories i recall
i see us smiling can see it all unfolding like a tv show
I used to love those days
wasting time we'd just lay
drink and talk, laugh a lot
and sit on the rocks by the river
Well i'd love to rewrite that chapter in our lives
