Often i've read of the times
Where Jesus gave sight to the blind
And i know He spoke peace be still
And calmed the sea
The speechless tongue now can talk
Useless legs now can walk But the greatest healing of all
Is inside of me
I was not blind
But he gave me sight
My feet were not crippled
But now i walk in the light
My hands were not chained
But from sin i am set free

He has the power to raise the dead
Fed the multitude with just fish and bread
And all the demons, the demons of Hell
Must flee at his name
But when for healing i cried
Then to my heart the blood was applied
Now since that happy day Im not the same
I was not blind
